How do I return or exchange my product?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your Lovevery product. You have 30 days after delivery to notify us that you would like to return a product, other than the Playshelf and Parent Courses. Within 30 days after our receipt of this notice, the product must be returned to us unaltered. Please contact us here with your name, order number and, optionally, reason for return, and we will issue you a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free within the United States.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Please log into your customer account and click on 'Account Settings'. Then under 'Manage Subscription', you can skip the next Play Kit or cancel your subscription. You are able to stop shipment up to 3 business days prior to the next shipment date using this functionality. If you cancel a paid up-front subscription, you will be refunded the purchase price of the Play Kits that you have not yet received and will forfeit any prepaid discount. If you have any trouble logging in to your account, please contact us.
How do I skip a Play Kit in my subscription?
Please log into your customer account and click on 'Account Settings'. Then under 'Manage Subscription', you can choose to skip the next Play Kit within a pay per Kit subscription. You are able to stop shipment up to 3 business days prior to the next shipment date using this functionality. If you change your mind and want to add the skipped Play Kit back to your shipping schedule, you can reach out to us at any time and we’d be happy to assist. Where can I buy Lovevery products?
Lovevery products are only available online and can be purchased from https://lovevery.com and can be added to your Babylist registry. We also have several products available on Amazon for purchase or to add to your Amazon baby registry or wish list. How do I place an order?
Navigate to the product page. Click the 'add to cart' button to add the Play Kits, the Play Gym, the Block Set, the Playshelf, or any of our other products, and proceed through checkout.
Will I be charged tax?
We are required to collect State Tax or Use Tax and Local Tax where imposed. We currently collect taxes when shipping to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. How much is shipping?
Ground shipping is free* for orders $75 and above in the contiguous US and Canada. For orders $75 and less, shipping is $5.95 in the contiguous US and tiered based on product subtotal in Canada. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO, is a flat $9.95 for orders $200 and less, and $24.95 for orders $200 and above. Shipping charges to Canada include customs and duties. We do not currently ship the Playshelf to destinations outside of the contiguous US.
*Ground shipping for the Playshelf is $25 within the contiguous US. Due to the weight of this item, we're unable to ship to AK/HI/APO/FPO/DPO and Canada at this time.
Where do you ship from?
Most orders ship from either California or Pennsylvania, depending on the recipient’s address. Some smaller items, like replacement parts, may ship from Idaho.
Do you offer international shipping?

What is carbon neutral shipping?
In effort to reduce our carbon footprint and minimize our impact on the environment, all Lovevery items ship carbon neutral. Lovevery Gifts: Giver
When will the giftee receive their Play Kits?
Activation of the gift is up to the giftee—giving them the flexibility to initiate the start of their gift whenever it’s best for them.
If they’re new to Lovevery or no longer have an active subscription, their first gifted Play Kit will ship out upon activation. If they’re a current subscriber, their Play Kits gift will be added to their existing shipping schedule.
U.S. orders will typically arrive in 5–7 business days for standard ground shipping after activation. Canadian orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days after activation. See our shipping FAQs for more detail.
Can they add my gift to an existing subscription?
Yes, they can apply your gift to an existing Lovevery Play Kits Subscription.
If the giftee chooses to add their gift to an existing Pay per Kit subscription, the gift will apply to the Kits that are scheduled to be shipped next. If the gift is added to a Prepay & Save subscription, the gift will apply to the Kits that are shipped immediately following the delivery of their final prepaid Kit. In each case, the giftee’s Play Kits Subscription will continue following the delivery of the gifted Play Kits, as long as they are an active subscriber.
Can I send a specific Play Kit?
Since our Play Kits include Playthings and tips that are designed by experts to support specific developmental windows for the child, specific Play Kit gifting is not available. This is because gifting specific Kits makes it hard to ensure the giftee is getting the most developmentally appropriate Kit for their child’s stage.
The gifting program does, however, allow the giftee to have the flexibility to activate their Play Kits gift at any time, giving them the opportunity to receive the Kit that’s just right for their child at the time of activation.
What happens after I place the order?
Once you’ve placed your order, the giftee will receive your gift email, and your special gift message (if you chose to include one), on the day you select for it to be sent. This email will include a unique gift code and a link to activate their gift.
How is this different from a subscription?
The Lovevery gifting program is designed to offer those who would like to give the gift of Lovevery the opportunity to purchase a finite number of Play Kits as a gift. The giftee then chooses when to activate the start of their Play Kits gift. They’ll stop receiving Kits once the gift runs out (unless it’s applied to extend the giftee’s existing Play Kits Subscription).
With a Lovevery Play Kits Subscription, The Play Kits are shipped on an ongoing basis until action is taken by the subscriber or the child ages out.
How do you calculate what I pay?
Is shipping and tax included?
The available Play Kits gift options are based on the child’s age, which is calculated using the birth month and year you provide. Kits are currently $80 per Kit, delivered every 2 months, for children from 0–12 months, and $120 per Kit, delivered every 3 months, for children from 1–4 years. You will be asked to provide the giftee’s shipping address to calculate shipping and tax, so it’s already included when they activate their gift.
Will they receive a physical Play Kit in the mail?
Our gifting program is designed to give the giftee choice and flexibility. To do so, instead of a physical Play Kit being sent right away, a gift email is sent with a personalized message from the giver (you!) and a unique activation code for the giftee to use to activate their gift whenever they wish. Their first gifted Play Kit will ship based on the child’s age and stage.
Could the number of gifted Play Kits differ from the number intended for any reason?
The amount of your gift is calculated at the time of purchase based on the child’s age and the number of Play Kits intended to be gifted. In limited circumstances for gifts purchased when the child is noted as being 0–12 months old and the giftee delays activation of the gift, the giftee may receive fewer than the number of Play Kits intended to be gifted and there may be a gift credit remaining after activation. Similarly, if pricing changes between the time of the gift and the time of activation, the number of kits received by the giftee might change, and there would be a potential for a gift credit remaining after the last kit covered by the gift. Any such remaining gift credit may be used for a Lovevery Play Kits Subscription, but it is not refundable or redeemable for cash. The giftee may contact us if they prefer to use this credit for other Lovevery products or services. See our Terms of Service for additional terms and conditions.
Will the value of the gift ever expire?
No, the value of the gift will not expire. However, as noted above, The Play Kits could change in price over time, so there is a possibility that a dormant gift could eventually result in fewer Play Kits gifted than originally intended.
Will giftees be given access to the Lovevery App?
Yes! If your giftee is new to Lovevery or has a subscription that’s no longer active, your gift also gives them access to the Lovevery App during the duration of the gifted Play Kits. Currently, the app includes on-demand access to parenting tips, child development information, and activity ideas for children (ages 0–12 months). The Lovevery App is currently available on iOS only.
How do I give an e-Gift Card?
To shop e-Gift Cards, which differ from our Play Kits gifting program, click here. You can choose from several default U.S. dollar values that can cover the entire cost of a product or can simply be applied towards a giftee's Play Kits Subscription. Please note that discount codes may not be applied towards the purchase of e-Gift Cards and may only be used for purchases within the U.S. and Canada.
Lovevery Gifts: Giftees
Will the gift giver be notified that I activated my gift?
Unless you marked the option to have the gifter notified, the gifter will not be made aware of whether or not you’ve activated your gift.
How can I track and manage my Play Kits gift?
You can view your gift details, find tracking information, and become a subscriber all from within your account.
What are my options if I decide I don’t want this?
If you’ve decided that The Play Kits are not the right fit for you, we would be happy to provide you with equivalent store credit to our website. Please contact us, and someone from our Customer Experience Team will be happy to go over the options that are available to you.
Can I subscribe to Lovevery at any time?
Yes, you can subscribe to Lovevery at any time—you don’t have to wait until your gift ends. When you subscribe before your gift runs out, you’ll keep The Play Kits coming right on schedule, so you won’t miss the next stage of learning. You can subscribe right from your account. Once subscribed, your Play Kits subscription will begin after your last gifted Play Kit is shipped.
What if I already have a subscription?
As a Lovevery subscriber, you have two options: 1) apply the gift to your existing subscription to extend it or 2) apply the gift to a new child.
If you choose to apply your gift to an existing Pay per Kit subscription, the gift will apply to the Kits that are scheduled to be shipped next. If you add the gift to a Prepay & Save subscription, the gift will apply to the Kits that are shipped immediately following the delivery of your final prepaid Kit. In each case, your Play Kits Subscription will continue following the delivery of the gifted Play Kits, as long as you are an active subscriber.
I was gifted a Play Kit. When will my next one ship?
That depends on your gift (you may receive one or multiple Play Kits as a gift), when you choose to activate the gift, and how you choose to apply it.
If you choose to apply it toward an existing Pay per Kit subscription, the gift will apply to the Kits that are scheduled to be shipped next. If you add the gift to a Prepay & Save subscription, the gift will apply to the Kits that are shipped immediately following the delivery of your final prepaid Kit. If you don’t have an active subscription, you will receive an email from Lovevery that includes a delivery schedule for that gift once you’ve activated it.
Is my Play Kits gift a subscription?
The Play Kits gift does not automatically begin a new Lovevery Play Kits Subscription. Your gift is the value of a finite number of Play Kits and ends once the final Play Kit purchased by the gift is shipped. Changes in pricing between the date of the gift and the date of the activation could change the number of Play Kits purchased by the gift. At any time during the duration of your gift, you have the opportunity to subscribe, if you choose to. Doing so will not affect your gifted Play Kit amount. Once you subscribe, your subscription will begin after the last gifted Play Kit has shipped.
Will I have to provide my credit card information?
No, you will not need to provide your credit card information to activate your gift. Should you decide to subscribe to keep The Play Kits coming after your gift runs out, you will be prompted for a credit card number at that time.
I’ve activated and I see I have a gift credit,
what does this mean?
You received a credit because the funds used to purchase your gift were not sufficient to purchase the intended number of Play Kits. The remaining funds are being provided to you in the form of a credit that can be used for a Play Kits Subscription.
At the time of purchase, the gifter was given an estimated price for your intended number of Play Kits based on the age of your child and the price of our products at that time. If activation was delayed and your child turned 1 during this time*, or the price of our Play Kits increased while the gift was dormant, this could result in a decrease in the number of Play Kits shipped and the remaining gift balance being credited to you.
If you are an existing Play Kits subscriber, this credit will be automatically applied to your existing subscription. If you are not an existing Play Kits subscriber, you can apply the credit toward a future Play Kits Subscription. If, however, you decide that The Play Kits are not the right fit for you, you may contact us and someone from our Customer Experience Team will help provide you with equivalent store credit to our website
*After your child turns 1, our Play Kits for toddlers ship out every 3 months (vs. 2 months), so the play value and price increase (from $80 to $120 under current pricing)
Will I have access to the Lovevery App?
Yes! If you are new to Lovevery or have a subscription that’s no longer active, your gift also includes access to the Lovevery App during the duration of your Play Kits gift.
I received multiple Play Kits gifts. How do I combine them?
How exciting! If you’d like to combine them, just go through the activation process for each gift. From there, we’ll group them so that the total gifted amount of Play Kits are scheduled, with no interruption until the total gifted amount runs out.
Will I have the option to skip a Kit?
Yes, you’ll be able to skip a Play Kit by contacting our Customer Experience Team. If you’d prefer to simply start with a later Play Kit, you can delay activating your Play Kits gift until the timing is right for you.
What happens if I want to return a gifted Play Kit?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your Lovevery Play Kit. You have 30 days after delivery to notify us that you would like to return your Play Kit. Within 30 days after our receipt of this notice, the product must be returned to us unaltered. Please contact us and include your name, unique activation code (included in your gift email and in your Account Settings), and reason for return (optional), and we will issue you a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free within the contiguous United States and Canada. Upon returning gifted Play Kits, you will receive equivalent store credit to our website.
What if I lose my activation code?

How do I use an e-Gift Card?
If you have received an e-Gift Card, which is different from our Play Kits gifting program, enter in the e-Gift Card code at time of checkout. Any remaining funds can be used for a separate purchase. If you are trying to use multiple gift cards, please contact us and someone from our Customer Experience Team will be happy to help you.
Where can I create a Lovevery registry?
To register for Lovevery products, please create a registry through our partner Babylist. The Play Kits (months 0-12), the Play Gym, and other Lovevery products are available on Babylist.
We also have several products, including the Play Gym, available on Amazon and Target that can be added to an Amazon or Target registry.

Our products are tested to global regulatory safety standards. These standards ensure our toys are safe and can stand up to use and abuse. Where are Lovevery products made?
Our products are designed and expertly curated in Idaho and manufactured with a network of suppliers in Asia adhering to some of the highest sustainability standards in the industry. The facility where we manufacture, assemble, and quality-check our products is one of the largest producers of sustainably-harvested wood toys and organic cotton dolls in the world. We are proud to partner with a company that shares our core values: Commitment to ecologically-sustainable and ethical production, and safe working conditions. Our products go through final inspection at our U.S. warehouse before being shipped to our customers.
How are the Play Kits different from the Play Gym? Is there overlap?
The Baby Play Kits and Play Gym complement each other, with very little overlap. Both are stage-based to promote baby's brain development. The Play Gym offers a whole year of play for foundational brain development, while the Baby Play Kits target two-month blocks of development for deeper focus. The Play Gym and first year of Play Kits are meant to complement each other, so there are some important concepts (like the use of black and white high-contrast images) that are highlighted in both the Gym and in the first Play Kit in particular, but in different ways (so a rattle, a special first book, etc.). Furthermore, we know that many of our parents like to have playthings specifically for use with the Play Gym as opposed to a set to put in the diaper bag, take to grandma's house, etc. But we know that every baby plays differently and that needs differ depending on lifestyle.
What ages are Lovevery Play Kits designed for?
The Play Kits by Lovevery are available for ages 0–4. The Play Kits start with The Looker Play Kit for weeks 0–12 and are delivered every 2–3 months all the way to The Analyst for months 46, 47, and 48.
What ages are the Play Gym and the Block Set designed for?
The Play Gym is designed for babies from 0-12 months of age, but we see many older babies and toddlers enjoying it, too! Babies 12-18 months of age especially enjoy the Play Gym with the Play Space Cover added. Created with the future in mind, the Block Set is designed for children ages 18 to 48+ months.

How do I store the Play Gym?
The legs disconnect from the connector in seconds and can be laid inside the mat and rolled up for storage. For long-term storage, we recommend saving the box.
Can I clean or wash the Play Gym?
Yes. The Play mat can go in the washing machine along with the Montessori Ball. Prior to washing, close the attachment loops on all 3 corners. Launder in cold water on the gentle cycle and air dry (do not machine dry). Make sure to press the squeakers in the Making Sounds Zone several times to remove any excess water. The wooden and plastic components should not be laundered but can be wiped down with a damp cloth as needed.

The Play Kits Subscription
What is the difference between Baby and Toddler Play Kits?
Baby Play Kits are designed for baby’s first 12 months of life: the “fourth trimester” (0 to 12 Weeks), and Months 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10 and 11-12. There are 6 total Baby Play Kits. Toddler Play Kits are designed for toddlers 13-48 months old and are shipped every quarter (every 3 months). There are 12 total Toddler Play Kits.
Can I purchase just one Play Kit or plaything by itself?
Play Kits are available by subscription only. Subscriptions are cancellable anytime. We do not sell any Play Kit item on its own. We have crafted each Play Kit to be developmentally appropriate for each age group and as a whole, each kit has even more value than the playthings do independently.
How does the Play Kit subscription work?
The Play Kit subscription program delivers stage-based play products directly to your door. We’ve done the research to develop products that are right for your child’s development stage by stage, accompanied by an in-depth Activity Guide that helps you learn right alongside your baby. The products and information in each Play Kit were informed by published research in the field of child development and reviewed by child development specialists from multiple disciplines. And best of all, you get to keep every one of the playthings!
Why do Baby Play Kits ship every 2 months and Toddler Play Kits every 3 months?
Great question. Science tells us that after a child’s first year, his or her developmental path broadens considerably. We’ve packed more playthings into each Toddler Play Kit to keep your little one busy and engaged for 3 full months, versus the 2-month periods of each Baby Play Kit. Breaking down the cost, the price per month remains the same.
What if I want Play Kits that are not in my subscription plan?
When setting up a Play Kits subscription, you will have the option to add up to two Play Kits that you may have aged out of to your order. At this time, additional Play Kits can only be added during the initial set up of a subscription and cannot retroactively be added once purchased. Please reach out to us here with any further questions.
Do I have to return the playthings?
No, you do not—they are all yours to keep.
How do you determine which kits are right for my child?
The recommended Play Kit is based on your baby’s birth date and when he or she will grow into the next micro-stage of development. Every product and piece of information in each Play Kit was informed by published research in the field of child development and reviewed by child development specialists from multiple disciplines.
My baby was born prematurely and/or has a different developmental timeline. What date should I enter?
You may find it most helpful to use your baby's due date/adjusted birth date rather than birth date, to adjust The Play Kit recommendation appropriately. For more specific guidance and to connect with our Disabilities Support Specialist, please visit our Disability Support Service page here.
Are the playthings only good for the months indicated on the box?
While the playthings are designed for a specific micro-developmental period, your baby will likely enjoy them long after that period has passed. We see many cases of older siblings joining in on baby’s fun, too!
When should I introduce each of the playthings?
Each Activity Guide comes with a recommended timeline that orders the playthings by complexity. However, each baby is different, and we encourage parents to introduce the playthings one at a time on multiple occasions. Your baby’s favorite toy today might be the one she had no interest in yesterday!
How long does a subscription last?
Subscriptions last until we no longer offer products for your child’s age, or until you cancel. Paid upfront subscriptions are auto-renewed on a pay-as-you-go plan unless you cancel or elect to pay upfront again.
When do you charge my credit card?
Pay-as-you-go subscriptions will charge your card when each Play Kit ships. Paid upfront subscriptions will only be charged one time, when the first Play Kit ships.
How do I change my address on my subscription?
To update a shipping address on an active Play Kit subscription, simply edit the shipping address listed on the ‘Account Settings’ tab within your customer account. Please make this update 2-3 days prior to your next Play Kit shipment to ensure it is effective. If you need assistance with an order that has already been placed, please contact us.
I canceled my Play Kits subscription. Can I restart it?
Please log into your customer account and click on ‘Account Settings’. Then under ‘Manage Subscriptions’, you will have the option to ‘Reactivate’ your canceled subscription. By clicking ‘Reactivate’, you will see a confirmation page where you can opt to reactivate on a pay per Kit basis or prepay for a bundle to save up to 10%. If your child has aged out of our current Play Kit offerings then the option to ‘Reactivate’ will not be available. If you need assistance logging into your account or reactivating a subscription, please contact us.
When will my Play Kits ship? Can I change my delivery schedule?
Your Play Kit will ship on a delivery schedule based on the birthdate entered at the time you subscribe. You can always adjust your delivery schedule by going to your customer account.
Why is my next Play Kit shipping so soon?
It can happen that the first 2 Play Kits ship closely together when a baby has almost aged into the next Play Kit at the time the subscription is started. This is a result of stage-based recommendations. We want your Play Kits experience to be fun, not stressful, so please contact us if you need any assistance with your delivery schedule.
I was gifted a Play Kit. When will my next one ship?

How can I order the Book Bundles?
Our Book Bundles are available for our Play Kits Subscribers. New Play Kits subscribers can add the Book Bundle as you set up your Play Kits Subscription. Current Play Kits subscribers can add the Book Bundles to their Play Kits Subscription in the customer portal once they’ve logged into their Lovevery account. Once you’ve added the Book Bundle to your Subscription, you will receive two additional stories with each of your Play Kit shipments automatically.
Play Kits subscribers who have added Book Bundles to their subscription can also purchase Book Bundle titles from Play Kits they’ve already received (limit one Book Bundle per Play Kit, per customer). Simply log in to your account to explore the Book Bundles in ‘More Playthings’ or at the ‘Subscriber Shop’ link in your account and make a purchase.
Can I order the Book Bundles if I’m not a Play Kits subscriber?
At this time, our Book Bundles are available only to Play Kits subscribers because our subscribers were asking for more books. The Book Bundles complement the play essentials and existing books in the Play Kits and ship more sustainably by being included in The Play Kits box you’d already receive.
How do you choose the families, themes, and topics you feature in your books?
We created these books based on what our community said was most important to them. The stories were also informed by child development, equity & inclusion, and Montessori research.
We get to your child’s level to understand what they’re curious about, what skills they’re ready to build, and what transitions they may need help exploring. What real pictures do they want to see? What does success mean? What physical book features will keep them engaged and learning during storytime? Just like all of our play products, we iterate, edit, and test our stories with families like yours to make sure they’re the stories your child will want to read and revisit again and again.
We ask for parent feedback and story ideas to make sure we’re creating meaningful stories that your child can relate to and get excited about. We co-created some of our Book Bundle books with families after they reached out to our Cofounder and CEO, Jessica Rolph, about their child’s unique story. In many cases, we were able to explore many stories through the lens of relatable transitions —making a new friend, getting a first haircut, or getting ready for school in the morning. We’re honored to celebrate our customers’ stories with these books.
We work closely with the families in our books, and with equity & inclusion experts, to make sure we’re respectfully representing a range of lived experiences. Our goal is to create books that accurately reflect what each child is experiencing. When children read first-person stories with realistic photos, feelings, experiences, results, and characters, they gain self-esteem from seeing people like themselves reflected, and become more respectful playmates when making new friends.
Montessori philosophy encourages the use of real photos to connect your child with their experiences. While whimsical cartoons can be fun and eye-catching, your child is able to connect the concepts they’re learning during storytime to their own life when they can see real children reflected on the pages. We use real photos, and inspiration from real families in our Book Bundles—and all of our books—to bring you and your family a learning experience that’s representative, inclusive, meaningful, and…so much fun.

Do the Book Bundles include any kind of Play Guide?

As a Play Kits Subscriber that has added on Book Bundles to your subscription, you’ll be able to view and purchase Book Bundles from any earlier Play Kits once you’ve logged in to your account at Lovevery.com. Book Bundles purchased separately from the Play Kits subscription will include a $5.95 shipping fee in the U.S. and a $9.95 shipping fee in Canada. (Book Bundles that ship with The Play Kits are included in The Play Kit packaging with no additional shipping cost.)
I purchased previous Play Kits at checkout. How do I get those Book Bundles?
You can purchase Book Bundles from these Play Kits at Lovevery.com when you log into your account. Book Bundles purchased separately from The Play Kits Subscription will include a $5.95 shipping fee in the U.S. and a $9.95 shipping fee in Canada.
I recognize some of the book titles from older versions of The Play Kits. Why did you move them out of The Play Kits?
Some of these book titles were well-loved by families and were offered in earlier versions of our Play Kits. We created the Book Bundles to allow families the option to get more books beyond the one that is included with each Play Kit.
Does this mean there aren’t any books in The Play Kits anymore?
Every Play Kit includes at least one book that’s also tailored to your child’s exact stage of learning. Our Book Bundles allow us to offer support for more transitions and skills your child is exploring during each developmental window.
How much do the Book Bundles cost?
Each Book Bundle costs $18, with no additional shipping cost if it is purchased together with your Play Kits Subscription. A shipping fee of $5.95 applies if the Book Bundle is purchased separately from The Play Kits Subscription (a shipping fee of $9.95 applies if in Canada). Each Bundle includes at least two titles, in addition to the books that are already included in The Play Kits. Each Book Bundle includes stories that were specifically written for the developmental changes your child is experiencing at that stage.
What if I only want some of the Book Bundles with my Play Kits Subscription?
When you add the Book Bundles to your Play Kit Subscription, they will automatically be included in all future Play Kit shipments. If you’d like to remove the Book Bundle from an upcoming shipment, you will remove the Book Bundle from all future Play Kits you and your child receive. You can add the Book Bundle back to your Play Kits Subscription at any time.
Can I order only one of the books in the Book Bundle?
The Book Bundles are available as a set only, not as individual titles.
I paid for my Play Kits with the Prepay & Save discount. How can I add the Book Bundle now?
You can easily add the Book Bundle to your Prepay & Save Play Kits Subscription by logging in to your account at lovevery.com. Once you’ve added the Book Bundle to your subscription, you will receive the two additional titles with each of your Play Kit shipments automatically.
Does the Prepay & Save discount apply to the Book Bundle?

Do these books ship at the same time as my Play Kits? Will it have its own tracking information?
Yes, your Book Bundle will ship with your Play Kits, in the same box to reduce packaging waste. Your Book Bundle will share tracking information with your Play Kit.
What materials do you use to make your books?
Many of our Book Bundle stories are board books made with recycled paper and soy-based ink. Soy-based ink makes paper more recyclable (because de-inking is easier), utilizes a renewable resource (soybean byproduct), and creates significantly less air pollution and hazardous waste compared to petroleum ink.
Some of our Book Bundles for babies feature materials with textures different from paper, such as silicone and fabric, for an engaging and interactive storytime experience.
Can I return the books?

How do I know if these Courses are right for my child's stage? When should I watch them?
Each Course lists a recommended age range for when you may find the information helpful. You don’t need to begin the Course at an exact stage to take advantage of the information provided. The Courses are great learning resources even before your child is ready for the topic covered (maybe even while you’re eagerly awaiting their arrival).
How do you choose your experts?
Lovevery works with a broad network of child development experts—neuroscientists, pediatricians, occupational therapists, specialists, academics, and researchers. When we explore working with a new expert, we make sure they share in our commitment to families and uncompromised dedication to providing science-backed, trustworthy information. We work to give you options and ideas that you can bring into your home, not unilateral instructions. There’s no one way to parent, and we want you to have reliable resources available to make informed decisions that work for your family.

Can other people in my child’s life—a partner, caregiver, or family member—have access to the app, too?
Yes, they can. We hope The Lovevery App supports your child’s playtime with anyone in their life. They will not have a unique login—please use your same login credentials for access. Please do not share your login information outside your child’s family and caregiver group.

I have a Play Kits subscription, but I don’t have a Lovevery account. How can I login to The App?
No problem. You can access The Lovevery App by making an account using the email used when purchasing your subscription.
Does Lovevery have a referral program?
Yes! We are excited that you want to share Lovevery. Through our referral program, your friends can receive $20 off a new Play Kits Subscription using your unique referral code. For each friend that subscribes, you’ll receive an email with a $20 off coupon code to use on your next Lovevery order.
How do I refer someone to Lovevery?
To refer friends, visit the Refer a Friend page (found at the bottom of Lovevery.com) or in any of our emails. Enter your friends’ email addresses—you can invite as many friends as you wish!—then, click “Send $20” to send $20 off to the email(s) you entered. Whom may I refer to Lovevery?
You may refer anyone living outside of your own household who are not already Lovevery subscribers. Self-referrals are not allowed. How do I use my referral credit?
Once someone successfully subscribes to the Play Kits Subscriptions using your unique referral code, you will receive an email with a $20 off coupon code. Enter this code at checkout to apply your reward. Referral rewards are valid only on future purchases (excluding Play Kits, gift cards and registry contributions). Rewards may not be combined and cannot apply to an existing subscription. Order minimum of $20 per code used. Rewards will expire 6 months from date of issue, and may be terminated or revoked by Lovevery for any reason, not limited to changing or cessation of the program. Rewards are not transferable.

The Play Gym
Cleaning the Activity Mat, Organic Cotton Teething Ring, and Montessori Ball
Activity Mat preparation: Remove any cards from the Learn to Focus Zone and close each of the three corner attachment straps to form a circle (this prevents snagging).
Teething Ring preparation: Untie the Crinkle Teether fabric from the ring.
Machine wash the fabric items using cold water and gentle cycle. We recommend that all fabric items be air dried.
Wood and Plastic Parts
Wipe these with a damp cloth and non-abrasive cleaner as needed.
Play Gym Care
Check regularly to ensure all attachment straps and plastic connection points are secure.
The Play Kits
Cleaning the Organic Cotton Playthings
Machine wash using cold water and gentle cycle. We recommend that all fabric items be air dried.
Cleaning the Wooden or Plastic Playthings

If you are using an IP address that does not reflect your geographic location, you are responsible for reviewing the currency that is displayed and confirming that you accept the price of the Products in such currency before submitting an order. For credit card payments, we charge the Credit Card when your order is processed. The bank issuing the Credit Card may control when to release funds in the case of an order cancellation or refund. You may cancel your payment prior to your final submission of it to us. Orders and delivery . We have the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the quantities of any Product orders. We will not be liable if a Product is unavailable or if shipment is delayed. The terms for delivery stated by us are always target terms and do not apply as deadlines. Exceeding these terms does not oblige us to pay any compensation, but it gives you the right to terminate the agreement. We are entitled to deliver a similar Product of similar quality to the ordered Product, if the ordered Product is no longer available. If and insofar as required for the execution of order, we have the right to have certain activities performed by third parties, namely the delivery of orders.
Damaged or Incomplete Shipments. If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of Products (other than the Playshelf and our online educational courses referred to herein as “Parent Courses”), please contact Lovevery customer support. Please include in your message: your name, order number, and description of the defect or incomplete shipment. Please keep all original packaging.
You are entitled to return Products (other than the Playshelf and Parent Courses) delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. Any notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment must be sent to us within a reasonable amount of time after you discover the problem but no later than 30 days of your receiving the Products, unless applicable law mandates a longer period. Please contact us at the applicable email address above before placing your order if you do not know the time period applicable to you for returning damaged or incomplete shipments. If we do not receive your complaint timely, all your rights and claims for whatever reason, with regard to what you have complained about or could have complained about within that period, will lapse. In this regard, each delivery can be regarded as a separate transaction; that is to say that complaints relating to a particular delivery do not affect previous or subsequent deliveries. If a complaint is well-founded, we are authorized, at our own discretion, to either adjust the invoice amount, to redeliver the Product concerned, or to refund part of the price already paid without further performance of the order. Lost and Broken Parts. If any individual part or component of a Product purchased through our Website, other than the Playshelf and Parent Courses and other items expressly excluded, is lost or broken other than through abuse or misuse, you may contact Lovevery customer support and, subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, we will use our reasonable best efforts to replace the lost or broken part. Our ability to replace lost and broken parts is, however, subject to, among other considerations: (a) the availability of replacement parts for the specified Product (e.g., we may be unable to provide replacement parts for discontinued Products); (b) the economic feasibility of replacing the lost or broken part in light of a variety of factors, including the anticipated total number of lost or broken parts for the specified Product; (c) evidence of Product damage, abuse, or misuse beyond ordinary wear and tear (e.g., the existence of multiple lost or broken parts in a single Product or multiple claims from a single customer); (d) any regulatory, compliance, safety, and legal concerns we may have; and (e) our reasonable discretion in light of the applicable circumstances. Lost and broken parts will only be replaced for customers located in the United States or Canada. For additional information on the Playshelf, see the section below entitled “Playshelf Limited Warranty,” and for additional information on the Parent Courses, see the section below entitled “Parent Courses Refund Policy.”
Returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Product purchased through our Website, other than the Playshelf and Parent Courses, you have the right to withdraw the purchase of the Product during a 30-day reflection period (the “Reflection Period”), provided that you must subsequently return or hand over the Product to us (at the address provided below) within 30 days from the date on which you inform us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal (collectively, the “Right of Withdrawal/Return”). You have the risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the Right of Withdrawal/Return. In order to comply with the Reflection Period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of your Right of Withdrawal/Return before the end of the Reflection Period. We may ask you about the reason for the withdrawal/return, but you are not obligated to state the reason(s). The Reflection Period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated in advance by you, who is not the carrier, have received the Product, or:
− if you have ordered several Products in the same order: the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, received the last Product. We may, provided that we have clearly informed you about this prior to the ordering process, refuse an order for several Products with different delivery times;
− if the delivery of a Product consists of several shipments or parts: the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, received the last shipment or the last part; and
− in the case of a Subscription: the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, received the first Product.
During the Reflection Period, you have to handle the Product and its packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the Product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the Product. You may only handle and inspect the Product as you would be allowed to do in a store. If you do not handle the Product accordingly, you are liable for any depreciation of the Product.
If you use your Right of Withdrawal/Return, you must return or hand over the Product(s) as soon as reasonably practicable and in any case no greater than 30 days from the date on which you informed us that you are exercising your Right of Withdrawal/Return with respect to the Product. You must return the Product with all accessories supplied, if reasonably possible in the original condition and packaging, and in accordance with reasonable and clear instructions by us. Return shipping is free of charge for customers located in the United States or Canada.
If you withdraw/return a Product in accordance with the foregoing requirements, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day the delivery is received at our warehouse. For this refund, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. To exercise your Right of Withdrawal/Return or if you have any questions, please contact Lovevery customer support. Please include in your message: your name, order number, and, optionally, the reason for the return. Please keep all original packaging. As described below, we provide a limited warranty on the Playshelf but do not accept returns of this product.
Closeout Items Refund Policy. When indicated, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are available on closeout, clearance, or reduced price items.
Playshelf Limited Warranty.. For 24 months from the date of purchase, we will send the original recipient of the Playshelf free-of-charge replacements of (i) any missing Playshelf parts or (ii) any Playshelf parts that break or fail for any reason other than misuse, abuse, alteration, misassembly, or improper storage. The recipient of any replacement parts will be solely responsible for replacing the missing, broken, or failed parts in accordance with the Playshelf assembly instruction manual. The recipient will also be solely responsible for safely disposing of any replaced parts, and Lovevery encourages the use of local recycling facilities for this purpose. However, Lovevery reserves the right to request the return of any broken or failed parts at its own expense, as part of its ongoing product evaluation and improvement process.
This warranty is non-transferable from the original recipient of the Playshelf. It does not cover ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by impacts or accidents, or cosmetic defects or variations. Where such an exclusion is permitted, this warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages. Outdoor use of the Playshelf voids this warranty. Because the Playshelf is made out of wood, Lovevery cannot guarantee that replacement parts will match the color or grain of the other components of the shelf.
Gift Certificates/Card. You may purchase Lovevery e-gift cards for anyone 18 and older through the Services (“Lovevery E-Gift Cards”). Lovevery E-Gift Cards can be redeemed solely through our Services for Products. Lovevery E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, resold, or transferred for value, except where required by law, or be used to buy other Lovevery E-Gift Cards. Lovevery E-Gift Cards require no maintenance, activation, or other fees. Lovevery E-Gift Cards do not expire. Risk of loss and title for Lovevery E-Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Lovevery E-Gift Cards, or for use without your or the recipient’s permission. Lovevery reserves the right to close accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a Lovevery E-Gift Card is fraudulently obtained or used or otherwise abused or misused, as we determine in our sole discretion. You may obtain information about Lovevery E-Gift Cards, including the balance, by contacting Lovevery customer support.
Personal Use Only. Products are for your personal use only. You agree not to purchase bulk, wholesale, or commercial quantities of our Products or sell, resell, lease, rent, or use for or in any shared-use club, membership, or other arrangement, directly or indirectly, any Products you purchase or otherwise receive from us or another third party in connection with a Subscription or other purchase from or through our Website. Except where prohibited by law, we may limit the quantity of Products available for purchase. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or Products to be provided to you that may result in a violation of these Terms of Service, as we determine in our sole discretion.
International Sales. We currently market and sell our Products only within the United States and Canada and, through our affiliate, in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. We have the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the quantities of any Product orders made by customers who live outside of these areas. In addition, if you obtain Products through a freight forwarding company or similar service, we may be unable to assist you with customer requests that may arise in the future (e.g., returns, broken or missing items, replacements, and reshipments).
Referral Program. We encourage our customers to refer Lovevery Products to their friends and family members living outside of their own households, and from time to time we may offer referral bonuses for introducing us to new customers.
When applicable, referral bonuses apply to the referral of new customers only (i.e., customers who have not previously purchased a Lovevery Product or other Service), and customers may not refer themselves or members of their own households. Sharing referral codes on social media sites or any other public forum and using any referral program in connection with bulk purchases and/or freight forwarding are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any referral program or bonus at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel referral credit, cancel Product delivery, or disable or revoke a customer’s referral account (including disabling current rewards) in instances where we detect or suspect fraud or determine that a customer’s conduct is inconsistent with the terms of the referral program or these Terms of Service.
